Aerial and Archaeological Surveys

Combines advanced drone technology (Photogrammetry) with over 35 years of archaeological expertise to provide comprehensive documentation and compliance services throughout Northern California. As both an FAA Part 107 certified commercial drone pilot and a member of the Register of  Professional Archaeologists (RPA), we offer integrated solutions that other firms cannot match.

What is Photogrammetry?

Photogrammetry transforms overlapping drone photos into accurate maps and 3D models. Unlike simple aerial photography, it provides accurate measurements, complete site coverage, and professional-grade documentation. This type of photography is suitable for planning, insurance, and project development. You also receive a permanent, measurable record of your site at a specific point in time.

Aerial Services

Professional high-resolution drone photography, 2D photogrammetry, 3D mapping, and construction monitoring are available.  Some services include roof inspections, real estate development, and archaeological site documentation.

Archaeological Services

Archaeological services include Cultural Resource Management,  Phase I surveys, CEQA/NEPA compliance,  and regulatory documentation.

Integrated Solutions

My company offers a unique combination of aerial mapping and archaeological expertise for comprehensive documentation - from small property divisions to complex cultural resource assessments. f.

Limitations of Non-RTK Mapping

Our photogrammetry products are created using standard GPS positioning, which provides consumer-grade accuracy. This level of accuracy is ideal for progress monitoring, change detection, visual documentation with spatial context, approximate area and volume calculations, and identifying site conditions or potential issues.

For survey-grade accuracy, clients should engage a licensed surveyor.
